With over ten years of experience in office management and administrative leadership, Alissa is a highly organized and detail-oriented professional dedicated to optimizing workplace operations at Cummins & Bonestroo. Skilled in streamlining processes, managing schedules, and enhancing team productivity, Alissa maintains a well-structured and positive office environment. Adept at handling financial records, coordinating meetings, and implementing office procedures, Alissa ensures seamless day-to-day operations. Alissa resides in Hastings with her husband and two children. When not in the office Alissa spends most of her free time in the stands cheering on her children playing hockey, softball, and golf. Her family also enjoys their time at the cabin and boating and jet skiing on the St. Croix River.
